VITA
JUNKO OTAKE is a Japanese artist based in Germany, UK and Japan. Her practice attempts to re-construct the process of (mis-)translation, (mis-)interpretation and transformation using different mediums. Her work involves installation, sound, text, performance and print. As a part of practice, she works on various collaborative projects with artists, composers and musicians. Currently lives and works in Hamburg, Germany. Born in 1979.
